2016 Welcome back!

Looking forward to kicking off tomorrow in my new old classroom!

Please remember swimming is on and students should have their togs in their bags.

Hats for students are imperative in the first and fourth terms.

We use stationery from day one so all stationery should be at school on the first day.

Finally, we have a P.E. focus this year.

It may be prudent to apply sunscreen to your child BEFORE they come to school each day. While we do have sunscreen at school, a good habit of sunscreen application could ensure the reduction of sunburn possibility.

This weeks opening inquiry (God is Generous - What is so amazing about God's design of animals?), led to Abi asking, "If God made all of these amazing animals, who made God?"
The class answered, "God is eternal, he was always there and always will be".

With people away and a netball tournament, we were all able to fit inside our one metre square of carpet that we use to visualize area in Maths.

A New Term, A New Class

With an increased roll, Room 6 takes on a new identity. New personalities, characters and exciting new students. Quite refreshing at this time of the year really!
